So it's August 19th and I get a message on Facebook that reads like this:
"ok so there is a new division called bikini. you don't have to be shredded or even that lean. just have a nice beach body. the next show is in Nov. 11 wks away. no crazy dieting. you just do what you are doing...well you want a new training plan so that would change and your food would change a little. i'd actually have you eating more ;) you would eat clean all week and then get a cheat meal on the weekend. and all you have to do on stage is wear a bikini and heels.
wanna give it a try?"
That was my sister writing. My reply:
"Could I start training for a month and see how it goes, if I can keep up?"
Well, it's now November 15th and I have kept up! :)
Yesterday went to the Sandra Wickham Fall Classic to check out the new division and size up the competition. After seeing the girls strut their stuff on stage and now knowing what is expected, can I do it?
YUP!
