Okay, am not American. But I am thankful for many things.
I am thankful for my health. It keeps getting better every day.
I am thankful for my family who love and support me through the thick of it all.
I am thankful for my friends who unconditionally put up with bullsh%t.
I am thankful for the students I have had in my career who trusted me and became successful themselves.
I am thankful for the snow on the mountains. Snowboarding season is finally here!
I am thankful for the rain that keeps each day fresh.
I am thankful for my guinea pig who doesn't let me sleep in.
I am thankful my spirit that can no longer be broken.
I am thankful for hope, for it is what helps me live.
I am thankful for thankfulness as it lets me free my heart and soul.

Warmup: 5 minutes on the rowing machine
Pulldowns:
2 warmup sets of 10 @ 60 lbs
1 set of 10 @ 80
1 set of 8 @ 90
1 set of 5 @ 100 (a personal high)
Seated rows:
2 warmup sets of 10 @ 60 lbs
1 set of 10 @ 80
1 set of 8 @ 90
1 set of 6 @ 100 (another personal high)
Pullups (assisted):
1 warmup set of 10 @ 70 lbs
2 sets of 10 @ 60
1 set of 10 @ 50
1 set of 8 @ 40 (and yet another best)
Military press (machine):
2 sets of 10 @ 20 lbs per arm
1 set of 10 @ 25
2 sets of 8 @ 30
Dumbbell flies:
2 sets of 10 @ 5 lbs
1 set of 10 @ 7.5
1 set of 10 @ 10
1 set of 10 @ 12.5
Seated chest press (machine):
1 set of 10 @ 20 lbs per arm
3 sets of 6 @ 30
