So I have decided to get down to priorities and plan out my day to day by setting certain goals to hit. I figure it will help me do what I need to do and get me to where I need to go.
Monday Dec. 7
GOALS
Personal
- make sure I hit my protein and carb numbers
- go to gym after work (shoulders day)
- get in a 20 minute interval session on the stepmill
- send out at least 2 resumes
- read unit 3 of my course
- take out the garbage
- do dishes
- do laundry
- email Jodi and Mel (it's been too long, I've been a sucky friend as of late )
- update my blog
Last point on the list-- check!
