Another long day at the office. I really can't wait to be out of there. I have no idea what I will be doing next, and yes it is a bit scary, but right now I just want the freedom of not going to the office-that office-every day anymore :)

A great way to get it out of my head these days is hitting the gym. Had a pretty good workout today. But then I check my bag to find out I forgot my keys in the office. And it was locked!! Thankfully, my friend lives close by and has a key. And extra thanks to the security lady who opened up the other office door I know I left open today. Hmmm... Anyways, here is how the workout went!

Back and Shoulders:

Warmup: 5 minutes on the rowing machine

Assisted pullups:
2 warmup sets of 10 @ 70
2 sets of 10 @ 50
2 set of 6 @ 40

Pulldowns:
2 warmup sets of 10 @ 75
1 set of 6 @ 90
1 set of 6 @ 95
1 set of 6 @ 97.5

Seated rows:
2 warmup sets of 10 @ 50
2 sets of 10 @ 70
2 sets of 10 @ 90

Side lateral raises:
2 warmup sets of 10 @ 5 lb/arm
2 sets of 10 @ 10
2 sets of 6 @ 12.5

Bent over laterals:
2 warmup sets of 10 @ 5
2 sets of 10 @ 7.5
2 sets of 10 @ 10

Upright rows:
2 warmup sets of 10 with the bar
2 sets of 10 @ bar+10
2 sets of 6 @ bar+15

Definitely seeing definition in my arms and shoulders. I am becoming that guy who checks himself out in the mirror after every set. Yes, I compared myself to a man!
