It's Friday!!

It was a busy day at work. And I can't believe how much work I am going to have to do next week, my last week! Well, no more thinking abou that until Monday.

This week has been pretty good on the workout side of things. Monday-shoulders, Tuesday-back, Wednesday-off. I also took Thursday off because I have developed this horrible knot in my back that hurts when I sit, stand, walk. Even now, I have a rolled up blanket behind me to try to massage it out. I am going to buy me a foam roller so I can do this properly. A lady at work does acupressure and she helped a bit, but alas, not enough.

But did go to the gym today. Had to play a little catch up so I did chest and arms today, and threw in an oblique exercise for good measure :)

Now I am relaxing. It is Friday after all. And tomorrow I have to get to work on assignment 4 for my Tech Writing course. I got 90% on my second one! Woohoo. A vast improvement over my first. But I still don't know how I did on the last one I turned in. Only a couple more and I am done. It has been really helpful to show me how I need to write. Now I just have to work on my computer skills.
