It's been nearly three months, I know. No excuses, like my computer caught a virus and was out for three weeks, I have been busy studying. Nope, no excuses here for not writing...
I have been busy though. I wrote way back when that I would be getting certified as a Personal Trainer and I did it!! I went through the three day course which was kind of a waste of time as really all the information I needed for the tests were found in the book and mostly it was self study anyway. Thankfully I didn't pay for the course. So, after all this time stressing about the silly multiple choice test and practical, I got my ticket! The next step: actually training somebody!
I will start out by doing consults at the gym I work at. I think it's a nice way to ease in. I am lucky to have found a workplace that offers me so much support and opportunity.
This is just the beginning...
