By the end of last week I was wrecked! My body was essentially telling me to stop everything. Stop! And so I did.

Friday I went directly home after work. I lay on my sofa and just hung out. Saturday morning I was up at 430 am to watch the Greece soccer match. I fell asleep again after we lost and was up later in time for the England/US game. I felt adventurous and knew I had to take advantage of the summer weather we have FINALLY gotten, so I headed out to explore the nearby mountain. I trudged through the muddy mountain bike trails and then up to the university, SFU. By the time I got home over 4 hours had passed. My legs weren't so bad, but I had tweaked something in my back it seemed which made lifting my leg a bit irksome. I kicked back on my couch again and was asleep by 830! Sunday, 8 am I awoke and simply spent the day hanging out in my apartment. Ahh... such a nice weekend.

I think today was the first day since I started the new shift that I haven't been tired and needed a nap after work. Up at 3:30 am and still going! My workout was so so, could've been a bit more intense I suppose, but I did increase my weights and reps on each so...
