...thankfully didn't feel like a long day. :)
A good start to the week. Woke up early and made it to work on schedule. Helped that yesterday I prepared my meals for today, and tomorrow in fact! Work was uneventful. No one complained so that was great. Other than that, pretty ho hum really. At some point that is going to have to change. I can only stay unchallenged and content for so long. I ain't getting paid enough for the boredom. lol
Anyways, first real workout back after a bit of a hiatus. Was feeling so out of it the past couple weeks; felt horrible and didn't put a whole lot into my workouts. Although, I did do them! So, today was back to my single body part per day routine plus cardio.
Shoulders:
Shoulder Press: 4 sets of 15 @ 15 lbs
Front Raise: 3 sets of 15 @ 10 lbs
Reverse Flye: 3 sets of 15 @ 10 lbs
Lateral Raise: 4 sets of 15 @ 10 lbs
Face Pull: 4 sets of 15 @ 80 lbs
Cardio: 30 minute Stepmill; 2 minute intervals level 5-9
