So, my day perked up yesterday. Not so much due to work as that seemed to drag on forever. Didn't help that I had to cover a part of a shift in between my workout.
Busted out a 40 minute routine in the weight room to work chest and arms. I was shaking at the end of it, which was funny as I had to deal with customers.
Then did an hour of cardio! Yes, an hour. Gots me some cottage cheese to get rid of, and I'm not talking about the stuff I put in my protein shake in the morning ;)
After it all, I went to visit with a couple girlfriends. We spent the evening tossing around some ideas and getting a fire started. For what? Well, I'll have to get back to you on that...
Chest/Arm Workout:
Seated Chest Press
DB Press on Swiss Ball
Flyes on Swiss Ball
Assisted Dips SS DB Bicep Curls
Rope Pushdown SS Barbell Bicep Curls
Cardio: 20 minutes Stepmill; 10 minutes Elliptical; 20 minutes Treadmill-incline, jog; 10 minutes Bike
