Just need to pop up my workout from last night. Am pretty happy with myself. I was feeling like a cold coming on as I got to work yesterday morning and was drained by 1:30 when I got off shift. So drove home -- in a daze -- and took a nap. Only a half hour, but it did the trick. Had the house to myself so tossed around the kettlebell.
Workout:
Single-leg Bridges - 3 sets of 10
Swings: 5 minutes - 40 swings per arm - 20kg
Presses: 3 sets of 10 - 20lbs
Get-ups: 10 per arm - 6kg (Lost strength in my arm as I did presses first.)
Today is leg day. Am looking forward to it. Gotta get these gams in shape. :)
