So far the week has been quite good. Workouts have been on, eating has been decent, and studying is going well. I am only a few pages away from finishing my first textbook, and I am grateful.
It's interesting and all, but it's been a long slog of so much information. I still have to go back over everything and break it down: vitamins, minerals, amino acids. A lot. But it's good. And then I get to move on to Anatomy. :)
The diploma program should take me a total of two years by correspondence. Am excited about the process; it's not just about food and eating that I am/will be learning but also how to really focus on balancing out life to live it to the fullest. Admittedly, I just don't do that. Getting stuck in that rut of work and sleep, exercise is the big shake up of the day. :(
But exercise is good, for both body and mind-- especially my mind and sanity! So wanted to recap this week's workouts thus far. Am excited about my progress. Seeing a few changes in my arms and back, feeling more upbeat and silly; happiness. Perhaps I'll be so excited that soon I will take and post some progress pics...
