Weekly Projection

Like I mentioned before, I am going to use this blog to keep myself accountable. So, following is my weekly workout projection:

Monday: Back and Shoulders (I missed shoulders last week so made up for it here)
Tuesday: Cardio (I need to improve my cardiovascular and endurance)
Wednesday: Chest and Arms
Thursday: Kettlebell Swings and Get-ups (for core); stationary bike
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Kickboxing Course this weekend (need credits for my PT certification)
Sunday: OFF!

My strength has dropped a bit, though not as much as I had thought. I am adding weight each week to get back to my numbers listed at the right of the page. I am also trying to add a bit of size; I feel too bean-poley. :/
