A pretty chill day at work; got some stuff done; didn't get into a single row. Yup. There is something to having focus. I am glad I took the crazy step to leave my job and turn my efforts towards something completely different. Even better that my focus is related to health. For all of those who know me, it's quite something, isn't it?
Well, since I am off a day, today, Tuesday, was shoulders day. This is how it went.
My workout:
5 minute warm up on the rowing machine.
Arnold Press:
2 warm up sets with 5 lbs
1 set of 10 reps @ 7.5 lbs
1 set of 10 reps @ 10 lbs
1 set of 10 reps @ 12.5 lbs
Lateral raises:
2 warm up sets with 5 lbs
1 set of 10 reps @ 7.5 lbs
1 set of 10 reps @ 10 lbs
1 set of 5 reps @ 12.5 lbs
Bent over lateral raises (is that what they're called?)
2 warm up sets with 7.5 lbs
3 sets of 10 @ 10 lbs
Front raises:
2 warm up sets with 7.5 lbs
3 sets of 10 @ 10 lbs
Upright barbell rows:
2 warm up sets with bar only
1 set of 10 reps @ bar + 10 lbs
1 set of 10 reps @ bar + 15 lbs
1 set of 10 reps @ bar + 20 lbs
